We’re sorry to hear that. There are a few reasons why this might have happened:
- Your payment details are incorrect. You can check and edit them yourself in the ‘Company details > Payments’ section on the Affiliate Portal.
- Your earned commission amount hasn’t reached 100 euros. This is a minimum payout requirement for non-European bank account holders.
- Timing of invoice. If you have updated your bank details too close to the payment period, the upcoming payment may still have been directed to your old bank account.
