We’re sorry to hear that. There are a few reasons why this might have happened:

  1. Your payment details are incorrect. You can check and edit them yourself in the ‘Company details > Payments’ section on the Affiliate Portal.
  2. Your earned commission amount hasn’t reached 100 euros. This is a minimum payout requirement for non-European bank account holders.
  3. Timing of invoice. If you have updated your bank details too close to the payment period, the upcoming payment may still have been directed to your old bank account.
